Penyelenggaraan MTs-PSA melalui Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Basic Program (AI-BEP) telah berhasil membantu menuntaskan Wajar 9 tahun dalam melayani siswa kurang mampu dan jauh dari lokasi pendidikan jenjang SLTP di kecamatan Omben yang telah meningkatkan APM 62,13% dan APK 79,16% pada tahun 2008 menjadi 75,48% dan APK 98,04% pada tahun 2010. di samping telah menggugah kesadaran orang tua siswa tentang pentingnya pendidikan anak tidak hanya sebatas jenjang SD/MI tapi sampai pada jenjang lebih tinggi. upaya peningkatan mutu penyelenggaraan pendidikan pada MTs-PSA belum terjadi secara signifikan, meskipun dari aspek prasarana bangunan cukup memadai, karena belum didukung oleh tersedianya tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang memadai yang seyogyanya menjadi tanggung jawab yayasan, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya capaian prestasi output.
