The quality of science and mathematics in Madrasah is considered a chronic disease. In order to find a solution, the main mission and function of the Religious Center of Research and Development in the years 2007 – 2010 was to implement a test upgrade concerning the quality of science and mathematics through developing the source of study in 48 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in 12 Cities/Regions and in 6 provinces. Through program evaluation using the CIPP method (context, input, process, product) the results were obtained showing a significant increase in learning in science and mathematics (through the comparison of the pre- and post-test results and the control Madrasah ibtidaiyah students). This proves that the science and mathematics study development resources appear to be effective in increasing the quality of study.
